As our annual general meeting is long overdue and we're starting to think about organising talks next year, we're scheduling a meeting to discuss this and any other concerns people have.

Everyone is welcome, but if you would like to officially vote on proposals then you need to RSVP.

If you would like to vote but cannot attend in person, please let us know and we will figure out some kind of remote participation. You are of course free to contact us with questions and concerns at any time.

The event will be indoors so we ask that everyone wear masks when not eating or drinking, that you take a COVID test before attending, and that you stay home if you have any relevant symptoms
